Sustainability.

Please read these terms & conditions carefully.

SDI integrates sustainability into the core of how procurement and extended workforce programs are designed, executed, and continuously improved. Our approach is grounded in the belief that responsible business practices and strong commercial outcomes are not competing priorities – they are mutually reinforcing. By embedding environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles across the supplier lifecycle, we help our clients operate with greater transparency, reduce risk, and drive long-term value.

We apply a disciplined and practical framework to sustainable procurement, ensuring that expectations are clearly defined and consistently managed. Suppliers are evaluated through structured due diligence processes that assess ethical conduct, environmental impact, labor practices, and regulatory compliance. This includes alignment with our Supplier Code of Conduct, third-party risk intelligence tools, and ongoing monitoring to identify and address potential risks early. Our governance model emphasizes accountability, traceability, and continuous improvement, enabling both SDI and our clients to make informed, responsible sourcing decisions.

Sustainability at SDI also extends to advancing inclusive and diverse supply chains. Through partnerships with organizations such as WEConnect International, WBE Canada, Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council, and Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion, we actively support the inclusion of underrepresented suppliers and promote equitable access to opportunities. These partnerships strengthen our ability to connect clients with qualified, diverse suppliers while contributing to broader economic and social impact.

Internally, we foster a culture of responsibility through clear policies, training, and performance expectations that reinforce ethical behavior and sustainability awareness across our teams. Externally, we work closely with clients and suppliers to advance shared sustainability goals, providing the insight, structure, and operational support needed to translate commitments into measurable outcomes.

SDI’s sustainability positioning is defined by action, not aspiration. We focus on practical implementation – embedding sustainability into day-to-day procurement operations in a way that is scalable, measurable, and aligned with business objectives. This ensures that sustainability is not treated as a standalone initiative, but as an integral component of how value is delivered across every program we manage.
