Human Rights

Please read these terms & conditions carefully.

SDI is committed to upholding and advancing human rights across our operations, supply chain, and client engagements. We believe that respect for human dignity is fundamental to responsible business, and we integrate human rights principles into the way we operate, make decisions, and deliver services. Our approach is aligned with globally recognized frameworks, including the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the core conventions of the International Labour Organization.

We embed human rights considerations throughout the supplier lifecycle, from onboarding and due diligence to ongoing monitoring and performance management. Suppliers are expected to adhere to our standards on fair labor practices, non-discrimination, safe working conditions, and ethical conduct, as outlined in our Supplier Code of Conduct. We leverage structured risk assessment processes and third-party screening tools to identify potential risks related to forced labor, child labor, human trafficking, and other human rights violations, and we take appropriate action where concerns arise.

Within our own organization, SDI fosters a workplace culture grounded in respect, inclusion, and accountability. We are committed to providing a safe and equitable environment where employees are treated fairly, have access to appropriate channels to raise concerns, and are protected from retaliation. Policies, training, and governance structures are in place to reinforce these commitments and ensure consistent application across our global operations.

We also recognize the importance of collaboration in advancing human rights. We work with clients, suppliers, and external partners to promote responsible practices, strengthen oversight, and drive continuous improvement. Through these efforts, we aim not only to manage risk, but to contribute to broader social impact by supporting fair and ethical supply chains.

SDI’s approach to human rights is practical, structured, and action-oriented. We focus on embedding clear standards, maintaining strong oversight, and ensuring accountability at every level – so that respect for human rights is consistently reflected in how we operate and deliver value.
