What drew you to a career in Procurement Strategy and Delivery?
After working at IBM in Accounts Receivable and Reporting roles, I came across an opportunity to join SDI Argentina as they were building their international teams. The chance to be part of a growing company and the potential for career growth were the main factors in entering the Procurement world.
While my understanding of Procurement was initially basic, I have gained significant experience and knowledge in the field over the past 15 years.
What would you say to a new talent that wants to join SDI?
I would suggest that they first need to focus on mastering their daily responsibilities and then expand their understanding of the entire procurement process. For instance, an Operations Agent could explore the sourcing and contracting phases as well as the post-operations activities.
Having a broader perspective will not only enhance their professional development but
also open up new chances for career advancement.
What is the best piece of advice you have been given in your working life?
I was once told to consistently embrace teamwork, offer assistance to others, maintain a curious mindset, and acknowledge the contributions of colleagues. I believe that these principles foster a culture where individuals are motivated, knowing that their efforts, support, and innovative ideas are not only recognized but also celebrated within
the community.
Which one of SDI’s values do you best align with and why?

What would you like to have accomplished in 5 years?
In 5 years, our goal is to become the most recognized Procurement Services
Company in the world. From a delivery perspective, the objective is to equip all our employees with the necessary tools and technology in order to efficiently meet their key performance indicators (KPIs). We are currently working towards this goal, and hopefully, the company growth will bring new opportunities to all our colleagues.
