meet the leaders
The most rewarding moment of my career has been my journey of growth at SDI. Starting in 2013 from an entry-level role, I’ve advanced through hard work and dedication, earning opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the company and our clients.
What makes this journey stand out is the trust and support I’ve received along the way, as well as the unique perspective I’ve gained from holding many of the same roles my team members now occupy. This experience allows me to lead with empathy and inspire others, making each milestone even more fulfilling.
In my role, decision-making is all about balance—ensuring we are both financially prudent and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. I rely on a combination of data analysis, stakeholder input, and my own experience to guide decisions.
I also believe in fostering transparency and collaboration within my team. By creating an environment where ideas and insights are shared openly, we’re able to arrive at well-rounded solutions. At the end of the day, my goal is to make decisions that not only strengthen the company’s financial health but also support our long-term vision and values.
I believe adaptability is one of the most critical skills for leadership. In today’s fast-paced environment, being able to navigate change, overcome challenges, and seize opportunities is essential.
Equally important is the ability to communicate effectively. As a leader, it’s my responsibility to ensure that the team understands the “why” behind decisions and feels supported in their roles. By maintaining open lines of communication, I can build trust and foster a culture where everyone feels empowered to contribute to our collective success.
In my free time, I find peace and relaxation by spending time at the beach. The tranquility of being near the water, surrounded by nature, allows me to recharge and connect with family and friends.
I also enjoy playing tennis, which serves as both a physical activity and a mental reset. It’s a great way to stay active, clear my mind, and engage in something I truly enjoy. These moments of balance and recreation keep me energized and ready to tackle new challenges.
