SDI offers contract-to-direct services for customers who would like to hire a candidate for a full time, direct position, but would also like the potential hire to undergo a trial period as a temporary employee.

If the customer is fully satisfied, the contract worker can be offered direct employment after the agreed-upon trial period without an additional fee.
