Customers frequently become aware of candidates that have skills they desire, but are unable to hire them immediately on a direct basis. SDI’s Client Referred Services allow our customers to utilize these qualified candidates.

These individuals become our temporary employees and are placed on assignment at the customer’s site. We maintain a proper employer-employee relationship that relieves customers of administrative burdens and minimizes potential co-employment concerns. Upon request, a payrolled employee can be converted to a direct employee at any time and with no conversion fee.
