- SDI has implemented a company-wide quality management system. Our international headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, the operations center in Atlanta and various offices in the U.S. are certified to ISO 9001:2000. Additional locations will be included in the scope of certification in the future.
- Researchers at Hispanic Business Magazine analyzed corporate and biographical data of the highest-ranking entrepreneurial women at leading corporations, and named SDI’s owner, Carmen Castillo, as a 2004 Elite Hispanic Woman.
- SDI has been identified as the 34th largest Hispanic Business in the United States (Hispanic Business Magazine).
- In 2002, the NMSDC presented SDI with the National Minority Supplier of the Year award.
