Payrolling Services – Client-Referred

Our customers are often faced with the need to hire qualified employees, but not on a permanent basis. Because of the liabilities involved with employing 1099 independent contractors, and the administrative burdens associated with keeping part-time or seasonal employees on the payroll, many of SDI’s customers have taken advantage of our payroll services (client-referred) program.

Our program allows for the selection of qualified candidates for deployment as contingent workers at reduced costs. These individuals become SDI’s contingent employees and are placed on assignment at customer sites. Accordingly, SDI maintains proper employer-employee relationships, helping to protect customers from potential co-employment issues. A payrolled employee can be converted to a direct employee at any time, with no conversion fee.
